Productivity is vitally important for anyone who aspires to elevate their character or attain any more than they have already accomplished in life.
Productivity is sort of a buzzword in today's world, but do we REALLY know what productivity means?
Well, the technical definition for productivity is
productivity - pro.duc.tiv.i.ty
The state or quality of producing something, especially crops.
"the long-term productivity of land"
the effectiveness of productive effort, especially in industry, as measured in terms of the rate of output per unit of input.
"workers have boosted productivity by 30 percent"
synonyms:efficiency, production, productiveness, work rate, output, yield, capacity, productive capacity
"workers have boosted productivity by 30 percent"
With that being said, productivity requires some sort of end result. A tangible form of outcome that is measurable and greater than it's latter.
Some people confuse busy with productivity or progress. This is a common error in belief amongst many minds of people that often leave them wondering why they have gotten nothing done all day, or all week. Why they have remained the same person year after year, or see little to no positive change in life. Productivity is not synonymous with busy (refer to definition) and busy bodies not only do a whole lot of nothing, but they also talk a whole lot but don't say much.
If you want to insanely increase your productivity you have got to get real with yourself and understand the core reasoning behind your lack of progress in life. Be honest with yourself and take some time to mentally analyze or even write down your faults when taking action.
Increasing your productivity is simple in concept, the hard part comes when it is time to change your habits.

Your habits are ingrained in your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind is deeply rooted storing your behavioral patterns, beliefs, and paradigms. It can be difficult on the surface to understand how your subconscious mind works, let alone how to change it. However reprogramming your subconscious mind is vital if you want to change your habits. Once you have a better understanding of the subconscious mind, you can then begin to work on changing the behavioral patterns, beliefs, and paradigms within it, so that it benefits you, as well as, aligns with your desires.

so to insanely increase your productivity I have listed a few steps that will help you get on track to producing massive positive change.
1. Get organized
Organization can help you gain clarity, retain order, and maintain focus on task at hand. Organize every aspect of your life, from your home, work, to relationships with others. Mental clarity starts with organizing life physically and mentally.
2. Write down what NEEDS to get done immediately
This is what separates busy work from actual productivity. Needs are task that you may or may not want to do. They are the task that need to be completed right away and are vital to being productive. Needs are of high importance and should never be put off over something you'd rather do.
3. Write down what you WANT to get done
Writing down what you want to do helps you separate task of high importance from those of lower importance. Save your Want list for after you have completed your Need list.
4. Understand needs are priorities, wants come second
Needs are greater than wants. Once you have determined this you will start to work more efficiently and intelligently. You will notice that motivation has nothing to do with being productive, having the self-discipline to do the task you do not want to do does.
5. Make yearly, weekly, and daily list of priorities
Making list and outlining in detail of what it is, you are trying to accomplish helps your to create vision and execute it. I have created this yearly planner to help me insanely increase my productivity. It keeps me on track and allows me to never lose focus of my goals. Its easy to forget what your priorities are in life with day to day distractions. Write down your yearly goals and retain focus on insane productivity. My yearly planner is only $2.99 and will work wonders for you.
6. Do task regardless if you want to or not
This is so important. You must complete task regardless of how you feel, your level of motivation, or inspiration! Your level of productivity depends on it.
7. Practice self discipline
SO you just got invited to a pool party at 4:00pm.
BUT.....You have work to do.
You must realize pool parties come and go, just like other more appealing activities that may arise when it is time to put in work. You have to develop the skill to tell yourself no, I'm going to finish this task at hand instead.
