Three Ways To Reprogram Your Subconscious Mind

Believe it or not, you are a living, breathing, walking set of programs. These programs lie within the subconscious mind. Humans are comparable to computers. We are actually just like computers. The mind has two main known parts. The conscious and subconscious mind. You may hear other names for it like the ego, the super mind, spirit, intelligence, etc. You may hear various names but they refer to the same part of the mind, the subconscious. Your brain is the motherboard and the body acts out functions that the mind commands.

However, your brain IS NOT your mind.

People sometimes get the brain and the mind confused. They are not one. The mind controls the brain, and the brain controls the body. The mind has consciousness and is self-aware. Unfortunately, barely anyone is using their conscious mind to truly engage in daily life activities. For the most part people do not think and make informative decisions. They are operating under their subconscious minds beliefs and thought patterns. If people were consciously living they would not be getting results they truly did not want.

Gettings desired results takes conscious effort, and unfortunately most people are not utilizing their conscious faculties to their benefit, they are operating under their undesired PROGRAMS. To change your programs you have to REprogram your subconscious mind. You can do this by deleting your old programs and creating new ones. How you ask? read on below

where I list three ways to begin reprogramming your subconscious mind.

1. Repetition

Repeat things. You can not repeat things enough. Repetition increases knowledge and skill.

When you first learned the alphabet, you didn't learn it by heart hearing it once. You had to study it, practice it, repeat it, again and again. Well, changing your life and reality is the same way. You have to teach yourself this new way of being through repetition. The subconscious mind learns new things through repetition, otherwise it simply will not stick.

2. Study

Study your desired outcome. Is there someone who has done it? if so, study that person. Study the steps they took and the behavioral patterns of the person so you can achieve the same results.

You want your subconscious mind to take note of the behavioral patterns of the person(s) who has achieved what you are seeking to do.

Study the subject, thing, or object of your desire. Studying re-enforces the desired subject into your subconscious mind and also elevates your level of understanding.

3. Hypnosis

Hypnosis sounds intimidating but it's really not.

In today's society most people are in a hypnotic state anyway.

You can access your subconscious mind easier when your brain is operating on a lower vibration. You can reach a deeper hypnotic state before falling asleep or better yet while asleep. Grab some headphones and a device that will allow you to play desired audio recordings on a repetitive basis. Each night play this recording while you are asleep. What you are listening to will become embedded in your subconscious mind and beliefs will begin take root. Be sure that what you choose to listen to will benefit you and does not conflict with a desired result in life. The recording will manifest in your life in physical form.
